You have the right to request permanent deletion of all personal data Xilot holds about you. We honour all deletion requests in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDP Act, and Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

Delete My Data
To submit a data deletion request, send an email from the address registered with your Xilot account. Include any WhatsApp numbers or phone IDs connected to your account.

Submit Your Request
Email us at info@crediblearena.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address registered with your account and the connected channels (WhatsApp number, Instagram/Facebook Page, etc.) you want removed.
Identity Verification
We will verify your identity within 3 business days to ensure the request is legitimate and protect your data from unauthorised deletion.
Data Erasure
Upon verification, we will permanently delete all personal data — including account information, conversation logs, contact data, and usage analytics — within 30 days.
Confirmation
You will receive a written confirmation email once deletion is complete. Anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for product improvement.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, the following categories of personal data will be permanently erased:
Account & Profile Data
Name, email, company, password hash, preferences
Connected Channel Data
WhatsApp numbers & WABA IDs, Facebook Page & Instagram account IDs, and the encrypted access tokens for them
Messages & Comments
WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram conversations, Instagram comments, and media processed for you
Leads from Ads & Forms
Facebook / Instagram Lead Ad submissions and web-form leads captured into your CRM
Conversation & Flow Logs
Message history and automation flow execution logs
Contact & CRM Data
Leads, contacts, tags, notes you uploaded or collected
Usage & Analytics Data
Feature usage, session data, performance logs
Payment & Billing Data
Subscription history (card data stored by processor, not us)
Support Tickets
Any communications sent to our support team
Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request only where required by law or for legitimate business reasons:
- ·Legal obligations: Data we are required to keep under tax, anti-money laundering, or financial regulations (typically 5–7 years).
- ·Fraud prevention: Minimal identifiers needed to prevent future fraudulent use of the platform.
- ·Anonymised analytics: Aggregate, non-identifiable statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- ·Active disputes: Data necessary to resolve an ongoing legal dispute or support claim.

Meta / Facebook Platform Compliance
Xilot integrates with Meta technologies — the WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook Pages, and Facebook Lead Ads. In accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, this page is our official user data deletion request and instructions URL for all of those integrations. Email a request as described above, or disconnect a channel inside Xilot to stop further processing and then request deletion.
If you previously connected your Facebook or Instagram account to any Xilot integration, you can also remove Xilot's access directly through your Facebook settings:
